Return Procedure

You have 30 days from the date you receive your parcel to request a return or exchange on any new item. To ensure a legitimate return, reshipment, or refund, the following conditions must be met:

  • Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged parcel or a broken item, you have the right to withdraw from the purchase by requesting an exchange for a similar item (or another product) or by requesting a full refund.
  • Condition of Returns: Items must be returned in their original condition and complete (packaging, accessories, instructions, etc.) to allow them to be resold as new. They must be accompanied by the purchase invoice (receipt). This is mandatory to process your order refund.
  • Unclaimed Parcels: If a delivery is returned to us due to your absence at home or failure to collect the parcel from a pick-up point, we will offer either the shipment of a new item or a refund of your order, depending on your choice.

Refund Process

Once we have verified that your request complies with the conditions above, we will process the refund for your order. Please note that for orders over £50, return shipping costs are at your expense.

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 7 to 14 days for the funds to appear in your bank account, depending on bank processing times.
